Auto Repair Shop Books Cleanup

Auto Repair Shop Books Cleanup What the form holds

What you type, what the browser stores on its own, and how to have a note removed. Effective 11 October 2026.

Who receives it

Questions about this page go to +1 844-324-7273. The footer of every page carries the same number.

What you type

When you use a form on this address we receive the fields you can see. Your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the line you picked, the revenue range if you picked one, when the books were last closed if you said, and whatever you wrote in the note. There is no hidden field that asks for a fact you cannot see. The website box is a trap for automated posts and a person leaves it blank.

If you open the calendar and choose a time, Microsoft Bookings takes the booking details for us and they reach the same practice. The calendar frame stays empty until you ask for it.

What the browser stores

A page view can carry two random identifiers that your own browser keeps, one that lasts and one that ends when you close the tab, plus the page that sent you and any campaign tags in the link you followed. It is first party. It goes to our own server. It exists so we can tell which pages are worth keeping.

If your browser is set to Do Not Track, that page view is not recorded.

There is no advertising pixel on this address, no visitor identification service, and no third party analytics. The network that delivers the pages logs the usual request information for security and rate limiting. That is the only other company in the path.

Why it is kept

To answer you, to prepare for the call you asked for, to do the work if you engage us, to see which pages earn their place, to keep automated submissions out of the form, and to meet ordinary record keeping duties.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for anyone else's advertising. No decision about you is made by a machine.

How long, and how a note goes

An enquiry is kept for as long as it takes to answer it, and for as long as an engagement and the records behind it require. If you would rather we did not keep it, say so on the phone and it goes.

You can also ask what we hold and ask for a correction. The same phone number reaches the person who can do that.

The note you type is stored so the call can start from the line you named, and so we can keep the record an engagement requires. We do not add it to a marketing list, and we do not sell it. If you send a second note about the same repair order, we keep both, because the later note often corrects the earlier one. Tell us which one should stand if they disagree.

A repair order you describe in the note is not a file we already hold. Until there is a signed letter, the note is only the note. We do not pull a shop system, a bank feed, or a parts report from the words in that box.

If this page changes

If this page changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. A material change is made on the page rather than announced somewhere else.
